This contractor was new to us and we were reluctant to work with somebody we didn't know. HOWEVER, this was probably one of the smoothest project from start to finish. Whenever we needed some additional information or a clarification on the job, SEA always addressed it immediately.... -good, honest contractor! Good contractors are difficult to find and when you do, you stay with them.

We did a major kitchen/dining room remodel with SEA Construction and they did a fantastic job! All their subs were top notch and did high quality work. They cleaned up the job site every day and were very careful to seal off the rest of the house where we were living to make sure the dust and dirt didn't affect us. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and would recommend this construction company to anyone without reservation.

Steve Albert, the founder of S.E.A., used his own initials as the name of the firm...and it's clear he takes a very personal approach to his business. He personally visited our home several times before beginning the project. He also stands behind his firm's work: references we consulted told us stories of problems that cropped up a year or two after the project was completed, which S.E.A. corrected at no cost -- again, very unusual in this industry.
